It's eligible for a store credit refund, less a 25% rental fee, if returned within 7 days of purchase, complete and in good condition, as verified by staff. After 7 days, the item is considered sold and not returnable. Store credit for rental returns is issued upon product inspection, subject to the return's condition being similar to when it left BSG's possession. The item is delivered as-is, with possible minor defects or shelf wear, but remains 100% playable. No returns on used, shipped items are accepted, and all such sales are final.
